If you’ve served in the military over the past two decades, chances are you’ve heard of Doctrine Man.
COL Steve Leonard, USA (Ret.) is a retired U.S. Army strategist, educator, author, and the creative force behind the legendary Doctrine Man leadership platform that sparked conversations across the profession of arms.
During his distinguished Army career, Steve served as a logistician, operational planner, and senior strategist, helping shape modern U.S. Army doctrine—including work on the Army’s capstone operations manual and stability operations doctrine.
Today, he continues developing the next generation of leaders as a Professor of the Practice at the University of Kansas School of Business, where he teaches strategy and leadership.
Steve is also the author or editor of multiple influential books on strategy and leadership, including his latest:
