My guest is MAJ E. Sean Lanier, USA (Ret.), a 24-year U.S. Army veteran, former Black Hawk pilot, Presidential Leadership Scholar, and Founder & Executive Director of Resolve Solutions Incorporated.

Sean’s journey is a powerful example of what happens when leadership is rooted in service. From flying helicopters and leading Soldiers around the world to helping hundreds of students access life-changing educational opportunities, Sean has dedicated his life to developing leaders who will serve something greater than themselves.

Through Resolve Solutions, Sean has helped more than 500 students earn millions of dollars in scholarships, ROTC opportunities, and service academy appointments while building a pipeline of future military officers, public servants, and community leaders.
