I am honored to welcome Command Sergeant Major Jason Schmidt, the Command Sergeant Major of United States Army Pacific (USARPAC), to the Leadership & Success Podcast.

CSM Schmidt has dedicated more than 32 years of service to our nation, rising from a 19D Cavalry Scout to become the senior enlisted leader for America’s Army in the Indo-Pacific. His remarkable career has included service with the 82nd Airborne Division, Eighth Army, IMCOM-Pacific, U.S. Army Operational Test Command, and as the 23rd Commandant and fifth Enlisted Commandant of the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and the Sergeants Major Academy.

He is a highly respected strategic leader, mentor, military family advocate, and lifelong learner whose career embodies service, standards, and leader development.
