I am excited to welcome my fellow Shipmate, LCDR Trina Martin, USN (Ret.), to the Leadership & Success Podcast! ⚓🇺🇸

Trina's journey is one of service, transformation, technology, resilience, and leadership beyond position or rank. After a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, she has continued her mission as a technology and cybersecurity leader, entrepreneur, international speaker, executive coach, author, and host of the Trina Talk podcast.

What makes this conversation especially meaningful to me is the opportunity for two Shipmates to talk about what happens when leadership moves beyond the uniform and the title.
