Commissioned in 1996, General Rampy served more than three decades in uniform, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, battalion command, service as the 62nd Adjutant General of the U.S. Army, and ultimately Commanding General of U.S. Army Human Resources Command, leading more than 3,400 personnel and overseeing approximately $3 billion in resources. Following her retirement in July 2026, she began a new chapter as CEO of the Patriot Art Foundation, helping veterans find connection, creativity, healing, and renewed purpose through art.
