Leadership & Success Podcast with Coach BZ Special Edition Series:
✨ Ancient Wisdom & Leadership Lessons (AWLL) from the Book of Proverbs — Chapter 7
Season 31 | Episode 7
📢 Mark your calendars!
The Leadership & Success Podcast with Coach BZ launches a Special Edition series with Season 31, Episode 1 — a focused, 31-day journey through the Book of Proverbs, studied one chapter per day throughout January.
This is not a religious study.
It is a wisdom and leadership study—examining an ancient text filled with practical insights on decision-making, integrity, discipline, influence, and accountability that remain strikingly relevant for leaders today.
⸻
🎯 What You Will Learn — Proverbs Chapter 7
In this episode, we will explore:
✅ Why leadership failure is often predictable, not accidental
✅ How temptation disguises itself as opportunity, affirmation, or confidence
✅ Why internalized values matter more than external rules under pressure
✅ How speed, secrecy, and rationalization accelerate ethical collapse
✅ Practical reflection questions leaders can apply immediately to build guardrails
✅ Why boundaries established before temptation protect mission, trust, and legacy
“Proverbs 7 teaches that leadership is rarely destroyed by ignorance—but by unguarded desire and delayed wisdom. Leaders who build boundaries early don’t rely on willpower later; they preserve their character, credibility, and calling.”

⸻
🎯 What You Will Learn — Proverbs Chapter 4
In this episode, we will explore:
✅ Why leadership wisdom is a path to be walked, not just information to be learned
✅ How disciplined focus and daily habits determine a leader’s long-term impact
✅ Why ethical shortcuts quietly derail leaders—and how to recognize them early
✅ How guarding the heart, mind, and direction protects both character and credibility
“Proverbs 4 teaches us that leadership is directional. The path you choose—what you pursue, what you avoid, and what you protect—will shape not only your success, but your integrity and legacy.”
This chapter challenges leaders—especially those in military command, technology, cybersecurity, and business—to examine where they are headed, not just how fast they are moving. Wisdom, Proverbs 4 reminds us, is what keeps leaders from drifting in the dark while believing they are making progress.
